By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
2. Description of Service
Dress AI provides virtual try-on and AI-generated styling services. Users can upload photos to visualize clothing, hairstyles, and other style elements.
3. User Accounts & Subscriptions
Some features of the App are available only with a paid "Pro" subscription. Payments are processed securely via your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings at any time.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, pornographic, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. AI Disclaimer
The App uses Artificial Intelligence to generate images. The results are simulations and may not perfectly reflect reality. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the generated images for any specific purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dress AI, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
